Couldn’t be happier. Secondskin’s products made my tattoo look amazing through the entire healing process! Couldn’t believe how quickly it healed and how beautiful it looks til this day. Definitely will be reordering more aftercare products for my next tattoo tomorrow!

Product is great, but the packaging doesn't seal/close so I had to move it to a different container.

I never received my order. It was supposed to arrive on Tuesday of this week and it still shows that UPS hasn’t even received the package to ship it when I check the tracking information provided. There’s been no communication on this and I’m honestly pretty disappointed as I had ordered this to make recovery from a procedure I had done easier but have had to struggle with tape and plastic wrap instead. I know the products are great, as I have used them before but am very frustrated with not being able to receive them now.

I ordered from SecondSkin after Thanksgiving, and received my order before Christmas which was great. However, when I opened the package, I noticed that I did not receive my entire order. I emailed their support team, and I as of a week later, have not heard that from them. It is right before Christmas, so I understand that they may be backed up, however; as things are right now concerning my order, I would have to say I am unsatisfied with the service
